From points South: Merge onto I-87 N toward Saratoga Springs/Glens Falls. Take the RT-146 W exit, Exit 9. Turn LEFT onto NY-146 W/Clifton Park Blvd. Make the first Right after passing Maxwell Rd, into Executive Woods (marked with a sign). This Right turn is not at an intersection but appears after the Maxwell Road intersection, identifiable by the McDonalds and CVS. HIXNY is in the first building on the Left, 855 Executive Woods, 1st Floor Executive Suite 125.
From points North: Merge onto I-87 S toward Albany/ Boston /Buffalo. Take the RT – 146 W exit, Exit 9W. Turn Right onto NY – 146 W/Clifton Park Blvd. Make the first Right after passing Maxwell Rd, into Executive Woods (marked with a sign). This Right turn is not at an intersection but appears after the Maxwell Road intersection, identifiable by the McDonalds and CVS. HIXNY is in the first building on the Left, 855 Executive Woods, 1st Floor Executive Suite 125.
