Data Providers

The healthcare providers and organizations on the list linked below allow Hixny participants to use Hixny to access the health records of their patients who have given consent.

Hixny successfully completed NCQA’s Data Aggregator pilot program with a Validated with Exception status. This means Hixny can share data from approved sources with health plans, to be considered standard supplemental data for the purpose of HEDIS® MY 2020 reporting. The status of each data provider (source) is indicated in the list linked below. Please contact us if you have any question about the status of any data provider on the list.

Learn about the assistance we offer to providers who would like to complete primary source verification.

Participants in Data Use

The healthcare providers and health and community organizations below access health data through Hixny when caring for patients who have given consent. They participate in the health information exchange and use our apps and portals at no charge.

Contact us to discuss your participation options and learn about the responsibilities included in our legal participation agreement.

If you are a person with a disability who needs assistance with the information on this page, we are happy to provide alternative formats upon request. Please contact us by phone at (518) 640-0021, by email at support@hixny.org or by chat from the Contact Us page.

Member Organizations

Rather than for day-to-day patient care, members use aggregated data to evaluate trends in population health and to improve health and healthcare among communities. Members include hospitals and health insurers, large employers and wellness coordinators, and government agencies. Use and sharing of data among these members improves the entire healthcare system and encourages advancements in research, healthcare delivery and reimbursement.

Contact us to discuss the type of information you’d like to use—and what you might contribute—so that we can draw up a legal agreement to suit your needs.
